Surprise, the latest Famitsu 360 reveals that Cry On, known until now to be developed by Cavia, was now being developed by Artoon. The main graphical designer is now Manabu Kusunoki, of Panzer Dragoon/Panzer Dragoon Saga fame. The previous artworks won't be used anymore, but you can check the small and blurry scan to get a tiny idea of what the game art should look like. More informations in the next few weeks.
Also Sakaguchi seems happy with the sales of Blue Dragon, and if Microsoft greenlights a sequel he'll be happy to do it.
Update, more than one year later: Looks like someone still thinks that this news is relevant and factual, even after Sakagachi's interview from months later stating that Cavia still was working on the game. So here it is.

I'm not happy about the change in Art Style though. :(
It could end up looking great though, so i will wait to see some in game stuff first.
Hopefully they will have an in game trailer at E3 this year.
Sakaguchi making waves I really want Blue Dragon to do well here in the USA and Europe to reward all the hardwork from everyone involved with the Blue Dragon project.
I'm glad to see that Sakaguchi seems to be settling in rather nicely working on the 360. This is a guy they must do their absolute best to keep around. The moment his partnership with Microsoft was announced I knew what a great decision they made by getting him on.
Is the art style change gonna have any effect on the supposedly cool new cel-shading technique that they were working on?
still this gam is to play with emotions and i can't wait to see if it delivers on an emotional and moving experience
No Mistwalker game will be on ps3.
Time will tell though, as I think Sakaguchi has already hinted at a Wii title.
You can pretty much bet than Mistwalker will release nothing but 360 games, for home systems that is. Portables are another matter.
