I think with the amount of times the word zombies is said in this video, my gut is telling me, this is a zombie game???

But seriously though, one for the kids.

Noooo... looks like they're gonna make the biggest mistake you can with zombies - give them guns! didn't work well for Romero.

Wonder if this is xbox footage. This was one of the games running on PC's at E3 designed to early XO spec.. so I really hope the dodgy framerates sorted out now and not at the expensive of any sacrifices. The snippets of footage here looked a lot smoother.

Only launch game for xbone that i like the look of, but i don't much like how they've made everything brown and gritty. Kinda spoils it a bit, but at least the crazy weapon crafting is there. Framerate definitely needs a lot of work though. One I'll definitely pick up down the line.

Huh, 720 video for a next gen game? Worrying, although I'm still waiting on the download so we'll see what's up.

This actually looks a lot better than what they showed off at E3. I wasn't quite as down on the E3 showing as others but it did look bland. But the goofiness is shown off a lot better in this, and the idea of no loading, a big ass world, an ass ton of zombies, and dumb stuff like yelling at the kinect to get attention from zombies make this sound interesting. I might pick this up when I get an Xbone.

i was thinking the exact opposite, this looks sorta ugly in some way. looked a lot better from the E3 footage but i think thats because i saw a off screen version of it. it looks great for what it is but not really that great looking for a next gen title. i probably don't know what im talking about though, just thought it would look better

They should discuss MP more. Hopefully a variety of modes?
The originals got old fast. You can only hack and slash zombies for so long before it gets boring.

I thought it was funny that the devs took the time for realistic organ placement for when you gut and cut open zombies lol. I love the more gritty look and love that you can either play the game seriously or silly, your choice. I just hope they find a way to offer better variety in combat and gameplay.

Looks good in general (graphics wise is ok, but not a big next-gen step tbh).

But, too much violence?

What effects can the accumulating violence visualization produce in a person's mind in the long-term ?

One question a sane person must make if he/she cares about his/her health (physical, emotional, mental health).

This is said by someone who played Carmaggeddon at 13 years old.

Are you joking?

There is nothing current gen that looks anywhere as good as this game while on this scale.

Dead Rising 3 was running on Xbox One hardware the last day of E3 as confirmed by Giant Bomb.

This just looks like tremendous fun. It's ridiculously gory and over the top, and that's great to me. As an adult, you want that grown up edge with the gore and horror, but it looks like it's also retained the satirical vibe that makes it funny and sort of negates all the violence that you see on the screen. I disagree with the complaints about this not looking very next gen too. The zombie models are great; very RE remake/TWD-esque which makes them more grown up and scary visually. The face geometry and rigging would be something only reserved for main NPC's in a game in the current gen, and considering just how many of them there are on screen at the same time, it makes it all the more impressive technically. Lighting and shaders also look great, and then there's the fact that this is set in a huge environment. It is very next gen if you take all those things into consideration. No complaints about the visuals from me. They look superb for the kind of game it is.

I have generally a neutral stance regarding children + M™ rated games but this one would be an exception.
Even GTA looks like a nun in comparison. A godsend for crazies like Jack Thompson.
Colours are awful, however.

Graphics are not that good. Zombies count is impressive tho and doubt any current gen can run the game, without some serious downgrade. Don't forget there are no loadings during this game and the world is much bigger than DR 1 and 2.
