Dragon’s Dogma 2 doesn't run perfectly on all platforms as even PC players seem to be struggling with the game, especially in cities where cpu load is way too heavy. We thought NVIDIA's streaming service could be the way to go for those who can't afford a recent machine, but in our experience it hasn't really been satisfactory. Of course, it might be due to our Internet connection, which is maybe not stable enough to provide a smooth experience, but it's hard to be sure NVIDIA or Capcom are not too blamed. Since Enshrouded runs like a charm with GeForce NOW, we think our connection is fine, but well... What is odd is that, with an RTX 4080, gameplay should be perfectly smooth in the countryside according to what many people say, but it hasn't been for us for some reason. Moreover, DLSS does not seem to work well with grass and small vegetation in general, giving the game a softer look than it should. Now again, when streaming a game, image quality can also be affected by the connection speed, so it should also be taken into account, but our previous testing of the service was really good in that regard so we're a bit surprised. Anyway, we wanted to share a couple of gameplay videos with you so here they are. Don't worry if you want to see the game run natively on a high-end PC, davton will soon put up his own footage, just be a bit patient.
