Give it a chance, i'm sure this game is going to look great like Dead Space was.
I prefer to see realistic screens than bullshots whith 8xAA and stuff like that....

they sure have images with more consistent quality, now.
Its so it maintains a solid framerate, despite epic action.
That is why, up close, GoW 3 isn't that great looking, but when its used as its supposed to be, it is gorgeous.
Plus, they have time to make it look better. And, hey, it looks good enough. The gameplay and story (hopefully anyway) is going to be what sells this game.
I wish this talented team were working on Dead Space 2 or a Dead Space RPG. That world is so rich and needs to be elaborated further. Do we really need God of War/Devil May Cry/Ninja Gaiden clone # 91210? neah

Yes we need more "clones" considering the market is full of FPS every year or a new title gets announced each few months.
This genre really lacks, and even when they make one it turns out usually bad, and that is coming mostly from western devs.
Besides, I don't think this is the same team who made Dead Space, also, the team who made Dead Space is currently working on Dead Space 2.
I think the guys who are making this were the same ones who made those LoTR (Lord of the Rings) games back in the day on the PS2/Xbox. Those two games, Two Towers and Return of the King, are still my favourite hack 'n' slash games to date (although a lot of that was because it was LoTR).
Therefore, I'm very confident that the gameplay will be up to scratch.

Has strong rumors about DS2 being in works.
But how DS ended, and now with DS on Wii and its EA with its sequals, it's pretty much known that DS2 will be made (maybe not now, but it will be).
If Army of Two got a sequal, then Dead Space will get one to considering DS was actually good :)
I apologise for instantly hopping on the hate wagon, but frankly these screens are shocking.
I like that they're sending out images of their work-in-progress. It's cool that they'd share their development for everyone to see. I just think maybe it's not a good idea if they have no explanation at all. I mean, we could assume that the finished game will look like this.... and if it does, I personally wouldn't be impressed.
