This is shaping up to be one hell of a game.
Action looks fast and frantic, excellent ranged and close quarter combat (Seems like you're able to switch seamlessly between the 2)

I mean although I draw these conclusion based on the gameplay videos I've seen so far, it looks like it's gonna be a great 3rd person action game!

Kudos to Relic!

I think exactly the same, so I will quote you and say I 100% agree.

Thanks.

So far IMO, best 3rd person shooter.

The seemless transaction between shooting to the awesome melee is just fantastic, and I am surprised this game has the best melee combat in any shooter.

Its great to know developers like these guys exists that think of us action fans even in shooting games.

While other shooters forces you to take cover while damaged, these guys makes encourages us to go in for brutal melee kills to gain health, genius decision!

The only issue that I really hate is the super big bulky armor design they have, this is where I say, I prefer the armor from Gears of War lol
But I am surprised to see how fast they move during melee combat.

Anyways, great stuff, can't wait for it.

As long as they don't die and have to revive them I dont care for them at all, and if they die and I have to revive them indeed, I will not do it, I didnt do it in Gears and I will not do it here, they are there just so you feel like a part of a unit with some soldiers at your comand as far as Im concerned this is a lone wolf game.

I'm going to nitpick, just to have fun, but you and IRAIPT0IR should pay more attention to the hit detection (1:46 to 1:53) and the button-mashy melee reminiscent of Infamous 1 (no depth) as potential flaws. The action side doesn't seem that compelling, so you guys might be disappointed.

Also, hardly any location-specific reactions in this post-RE 4 world is disappointing.

Atleast it has proper melee combat in a shooter game, and I seen enough combat videos to let one minor issue slip compared to the big picture it nails it everytime.

Your nitpicking wont affect me, maybe Raptor though , he loves it much more than me lol

But it won't convert any people who aren't that much into third person shooters with the hack-and-slash.
