That being said, the island looks amazing, very bright and colorful, gameplay was nice and hectic when action occured.
Music reminds me of Rambo 4 by Brian Tyler (one of my fav. composers).
Anyways, can't wait to see more, just knowing its nowhere near as the ideas of Far Cry 2 makes me excited for this one lol
september 7th omg thats 7 months away, i thought it was gonna be out soon i just hope this doesnt do a TDU2 on us and slip into 2013, well im sure ubisoft ect have there reasons for delaying it till then, i suppose ill have to forget what i saw from E3 and ill just have to carry on with farcry 2 untill E3 2012 when we will get to see some much improved graphics/gameplay.
Did they get rid of non-stop respawning checkpoints and jeeps? Any confirmation of that? If is the same as FC2 - then devs should pay me to play their pos...

No confirmation of the respawning checkpoints, but confirmed no weapon degradation (which I thought was awesome, the malaria thing was not well executed though).

Hmmm, may not be a complete and utter disaster afterall.
You do realize there are videos of gameplay on youtube right? During E3 or something.
Looked quite good.
E3 2011 it still looked like this gen, sony and microsoft really need to think about releasing their next gen consoles and stop dragging the current gen, there is no excuse about the recession as far as gaming is concerned all they have to do is look at the sales of the 3DS and the PSV to see the video games market has far from slowed to a complete halt, us gamers need the next gen and we are getting tired of waiting.

to be honest i never had a problem with respawning check points or jeeps (landrovers) as long as it had a gun on the back it was good for dealing with those checkpoints.

It is of course, but clearing the same spots every fucking time is dumb, same goes to jeeps. They seriously need to think about this - is it so hard to make exactly the same number of enemies to get respawned at random places in the map? Would be a bit better than getting spawned two minutes later right in yo face. :P

Ubisoft have done an amazing job with him. Considering he's not even real, but his character is so convincing, and that's what makes him so scary. If it were a Hollywood film, he'd go down as an iconic bad guy screen character.

Ok, so please wake me up again when games have this kind of graphics in realtime... maybe in 5 years?
Disgusting attitude a lot of gamers have these days. PC's and, yes, even consoles, have enough juice in them as they are to create a decent enough environment for a game. I want innovations in game play and maybe some new IP's and genres before I'll take games that will look that good, which isn't so far off anyway.

Awesome trailer. I enjoyed FR2 so I think I will enjoy this as well. I liked those stealth kills if they will keep it in the game. BTW,...it looks like dubstep is becoming more and more favourite trailers background music.
