Ubisoft has shared new screens and a video to detail the post-launch plan for Far Cry 5 which includes Dead Living Zombies, Hours of Darkness, Lost on Mars from the Season Pass plus free Live Events and Far Cry Arcade, an evolution of the map editor with assets from the previous games and other Ubisoft titles. We're also adding new screenshots from the regular game and short trailers that introduce characters from the cult Eden's Gate.

I'm typically into Far Cry games, but I'll be skipping this one. What a terrible political climate to release such a game.

Despite the many flaws I enjoyed far cry 3 and 4 a great deal. I love the idea of doing 5 in Montana. I just hope the game and it’s fun aren’t overshadowed by the political undertones and all the right wing bullshit. Hopefully it’s a very fun game. I love the graphics.

I think this one looks kind of dull. I feel like they could have done something alot more interesting.

I really like the idea of the Arcade mode though.

the arcade mode sounds fucking brilliant too. assets ripped from AC, watchdogs and past and present far cry games can all be mashed together to make single player/co-op or MP maps...which honestly sounds fucking awesome.

It's a Ubisoft game so expect 90% of the gameplay to be filler gameplay! Repeat Repeat Repeat!
