probably get this though
On topic: I loved Forza on Xbox, so I'm not sure why I never bothered to get Forza 3 especially after hearing the insane paint-jobs and community features Turn 10 put into the game. What I remember from Forza 1, it was immediately accessible for being a sim game with multiple options for n00bs.
But seriously, I'm sure they like them as much as you do.
good one
@Korndog It's also a perfect example of how a good game can be ruined by archaic design, and downright lying about reasons for delays. It's also actually not selling anywhere near as well as it was supposed to be, and then there is the fact that the only good sales figures were in Europe. Pretty sure there are more people actually playing Need for Speed than GT5. It's more important in that it shows how desperately Japanese development needs to modernize before it dies. Everything but the core driving experience in that game is absolute garbage. As much as I would love to save GT5 is an important game because of it's quality and revolutionary ways, I cannot. It's an excellent sim with a whole lot of bullshit thrown on top. If you could strip away all of the menus, put in some ugly, simple ass menus that got me where I wanted to be without pausing, hanging up, just to tell me the fucking time and date is wrong on my machine, and if they got rid of all the fluff like rally racing (which was pretty poorly simulated), and focused on making what they did being really good, then yes, it would be a game that was worth anything but people who play little else beyond sims, and showing Japanese developers to get over themselves and realize that they need to do things differently.
Still, the DLCs are a rip off and I won't buy a single one of them.
I just hope that we will see many of this "new" cars in the shipping version of FM4.
Has anyone counted the number of manufacturers in this game? Pretty impressive...
It's not like we're paying for "standard" cars, right ? These are all "premium".
:o)

I have to admit that buying this one is still tempting, since the choice of cars is superb. Some of my favorites in there...
