Those are the "dark hedges" from Ireland at the 15 second mark. Most people would know them for being featured in Game of Thrones.

Once i hear more about the campaign, which seems to have been put back in based on more recent news, i'll probably end up buying this.

150 cars it has. I dont have a problem with money giving to you as this is not supposed to be a grinding game.

Well lets hope Grinding is a thing of the past and GT is now looking forward to a "Racing" future rather than Sunday driving miss daisy.

Is this a full priced game?......I really don't get it. 4 years since the last proper GT and this is the next one? Why doesn't Sony invest in this franchise as much as it seems to invest in others, like pretty much all Naughty Dog franchises?

i get the feeling the franchise sells gangbusters because of it's absence. its why they don't mind the long dev cycles. plus i hear PD is comparatively small studio so costs probably aren't as high as you'd think. i don't think GT could survive as an annualized franchise the same way most franchises couldn't, it would fatigue. i get the impression sony like GT to be a bit of an event.

pre-ordered for £35 a week ago though. recent footage sold me on it.

I've never understood what this game was supposed to be. Is it a full fledged GT sequel? Is it GT7 but they just didn't call it GT7? I don't get it

Its a competative racing focused spin off. Think less crappy road cars from the mid 90's, more performace cars made for racing. Its a full GT, its not a prologue situation, it's just not a numbered entry (which tends to be more about historical cataloguing of cars than it is about professional racing)
