While the Xbox One was already granted its own Fanatec steering wheel in 2015, Playstation 4 owners had to wait one more year to have a taste at a higher-end wheel. Since 2016, the German manufacturer has finally proposed a version of the CSL Elite which is officially compatible with Sony's console. For our first full-written review of 2017, we have decided to give you our detailed impressions on this (quite expensive) piece of hardware, with a bunch of off-screen videos showing the wheel in action and even a fully translated video review. Because it's a first on Gamersyde, we would love to hear what you think about this kind of article so we know if this review was well worth the efforts we've put into it. Enjoy!

Gran Turismo Sport may be a bit short of content for its launch, but there is still quite a lot to do for those who love to win gold medals. The single player mode proposes to learn the different tracks little by little before asking you to finish one lap in a certain amount of time, so we chose the iconic Nordschleife to test the wheel lent to us by Fanatec for review purposes. The CSL Elite Wheel for PS4 and the CSL pedals we have received make the game even more immersive, but we'll give our detailed impressions in a future article which should be available before Christmas (we have a lot of games to cover on PC, PS4 and Xbox One). Until then, enjoy the following videos as we were playing with low ABS and traction control set to 1. We'll obviously also try the game with no assists at all but it was our very first try with the wheel so we played it safe. Our PS4 Pro was set in 1080p and performance mode when we recorded the footage yesterday, hence the 60 fps replays.

The Gran Turismo Sport demo is now unlocked, which allowed us to quickly record a few videos. To begin, you'll get to see the second lap of our first race discovering the track, the replay and a third video showcasing some of the cars which will be available in the final game. You're probably waiting for the release of the Gran Turismo Sport demo tomorrow, but until then we have a few things to share with you. As you know, PS4 owners have been allowed to preload the demo since yesterday, but they have also been able to launch it to unlock their gift car and to enjoy the rolling demo showcasing some of the tracks at different moments of the day and a good bunch of screenshots taken with the photo mode. Sony just revealed the release date of Gran Turismo Sport. The racing game from Polyphony will be out October 17 for PS4, PS4 Pro and PSVR. Jump inside for the new trailer.

Sony finally sent us the files from the captures we did 6 days ago at E3, with direct feed gameplay for Gran Turismo Sport and Knack 2. Since his best enemy Forza 7 is clearly quite popular current on the track, we'll start with this lap of the Dragon Trailer circuit on board of a Audi R8 LMS. No HDR here, nothing we can do about that.

Gran Turismo Sport gets a bunch of screenshots and a trailer that reveals the game will launch in Fall 2017.

Sony revealed that the anticipated closed beta of Gran Turismo Sport will start on March 17 with first only selected US PSN IDs then at a later date it will expand to European players. Jump inside for the new trailer in 4K.

Gran Turismo Sport may have been - unsurprisingly - delayed, it is still present at Paris Games Week, which allowed guts_o to record some 1080p/60fps off-screen footage of the game on the iconic Nürburgring.
