One thing I dislike is how "floaty" the movement of the character is, they really need to make it feel more weighty (not Killzone 2/Bad Company 2 style)...based on the multiplayer videos.
Feels like a camera is gliding on ice lol
But yeah, fantastic atmosphere, great music, very nice punchy feel to the weapons, should be very fun.
Didnt think much of the last games but looking forward to this one
they've done exactly what was needed. non-recharging health, weapon wheel and campaign co-op. can't really ask for more, atmosphere looks awesome too.
But the damn audio is AWFUL, the voice acting (WHY DOES THE GUY HAVE TO BE AN AMERICAN PRETENDING TO BE A RUSSIAN????), the gun sounds argh....
The biggest problem PC zealots always miss is that they literaly can only play to boast Crysis any version when its been over several years of computer parts, PS FYI the Dx11 patch that was at first confirmed, then denied by Crytek, has now been confirmed again so its anybody's guess as to how much more HUNDREDS of dollars you are gonna have to spend to be able to enjoy all of the eye candy.
Honestly the biggest flaw with Crysis fiasco seems to be Microsoft's fault for rushing a console generation instead of waiting for Dx10 GPUs since they came with a different pipeline than Dx9.
Anyways I recently played Resistance 2 and then RFoM, although I noted little differences and improvements people seem to forget that RFoM was a launch title that despite its little flaws was a very solid game with an interesting story, R2 really tried to please all of the Anti-Sony/PS3 peeps by giving more and more yet it was still fun and very enjoyable. R3 is coming more than two years after R2 and it looks very good so far, I'm sure there are minor quirks here and there but the game has yet to be released.
