Capcom confirmes that nothing would stop the early April release of Resident Evil 3, not even the delay of the Final Fantasy VII remake which is also due that very same month now. We're looking forward to seeing what this new remake has in store for us and we're excited to know it should offer more new passages than last year's Resident Evil 2. Born with the launch of the Playstation 3, the Resistance series has never been truly considered as strong an IP as the other big exclusives of the console. It has probably little to do with the gameplay as it's always been pretty effective, but some reviewers nonetheless did not give the first two games such a warm welcome. Sales never suffered too much from it though, which is why Resistance 3 is about to land in the shops in just a week. To those who think that it probably does not deserve their attention, watch out, you might be missing one of the first hits of this end of year. Explanation inside.

Ten new screens of Resistance 3. Insomniac Games' FPS will be in stores in early September.

Sony has released a trailer for Insomniac’s upcoming shooter: Resistance 3. The title will hit store shelves on September 6, 2011 in NA and on September 9, 2011 in Europe.

Sony keeps releasing new medias of their upcoming games this week, with this time a new image gallery and a 7 minutes long video of Resistance 3.

Sony has released four screens of Resistance 3 depicting its mutiplayer mode. Online mode will feature 16 players Human vs. Chimera deathmatch.
