Nevermind the American stages and the daft multi-car race events, Codemasters; give me some pure rally European stages proper and it's a day one for me. Looks as if they have the car handling down, so I'm buying this just for the visuals alone.
I'll be awaiting the demo to see how this game handles, but the vids have shown little promise in that regard to be honest...
and btw, this game has weather changing and night racing, but Forza 3 dose NOT, a big Shame.
I think Forza 3 still stuck in last gen.

By the way, some of the biggest bullcrap this year just came out of Ken Block's mouth with this video.
Can't wait for this and Forza 3

On topic: Looks like it could at least be fun playing from the in cockpit view. That damn center axis turning still seems to plague the 3rd person views. Hope they put out a demo of this and Shift in Sept.
are you on MS payroll as well or are you a volunteer?
So yes MS paid me off for not instantly shouting that it will be better on my PC... which runs on microsoft windows.
A) Hollywood driver
b) Next american model
c) World rally..........
It does look great, and if the video is from the xbox build, how can that be paying MS lip service? Fucktards...
It kinda adds up, you know? (Puts on dodgy mac and strange eye...)
codemasters are on record as saying this dirt2 aint a simulation, so its best judged on its own merits

Forza is more or less a full on console sim when all the assists are turned off. There is nothing arcade about it once those are off. Maybe you meant it's 50/50 when they are turned on, perhaps?
I have already asked this before: is it possible to state in the news post which platform the footage is from? Or is that unknown because dev's don't release that information?
The game looks ridiculous (and SOAD in background rocks), too bad I'm not a fan of off-road racing, also too bad about the physics.
