Electronic Arts just sent us this video presenting the limited edition of Crysis 2.

L’édition limitée de Crysis 2 sera disponible au même prix que la version standard (dans la limite des stocks disponibles) et comprendra quatre optimisations spéciales garantissant une expérience multijoueur ultime :

Nano Edition costs too much and you dont even get in-game content.
The core reason for that editon is the Propher statue and its not worth that much tbh, but meh, I rather take in-game content than a "toy".

I pre-ordered Limited Edition for this game, some awesome stuff in there.

Ehm no its not.

There is 3 versions, regular, Limited Edition and Nano Edition.
Nano Edition doesnt have any in-game content like Limited Edition has.

I have checked multiple sources by searching through goggle and all of them is saying this.

Nano Edition includes:
• NANOSUIT Backpack w/Box for display
• Premium 176 page Artbook
• 1x 8” Prophet Statue w/internal lighting effects
• Steelbook Packaging w/unique paint effect

And Limited Edition pretty much shows you in the video.
I love the suit model and all, but I dont have any place to put these figurines, and the price is just too much.

Ah damn, super nice!
Dumb of them not to write that down in Webbhallen so people know that.

But even so, the price is too much for me.
Artwork is easy to find online so I dont care much for that, the statue, again I have a Ezio AC2 statue and I dont have any place to put it so its in the box in a closet, Crysis 2 statue will meet the same fate if I buy it.

Nope, Limited Edition is fine with me, badass coverbox as well so its all :)
As long as we get the game and those neat in-game contents ;)

You guys are willing to pay extra cash for in-game items that everyone will eventually have (notice the "day 1 access to" in the videos).
So you pay extra for 1 paint-job on a gun and a different color badge??

If you're throwing away money, throw some' in my direction....

Day 1 access is for those that have the codes from the LE/Nano edition, not PSN/XBL/PC.
Sure DLC does show up eventually as DLC, add those prices together and you got yourself the same price of a LE, maybe a bit less because of the no "fancy boxpackage".

If you pre-order the game, the limited edition is priced the same as the normal edition. But as I said, you have to pre-order.

In Webhallen is different and they always mention if there is a special offer/pre-order stuff going on.
And yes, I pre-ordered the LE.

In that case don't order there. It's against the Crytek/EA policy (see my previous link about the nano-edition where it cleary states that the price is the same).

I can't buy games online, dont have Visa nor MasterCard on my creditcard, out of luck I know.
