Trailer PC Xbox 360 PS3

Eidos sent us this first trailer of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, showing a very dynamic looking game. Quite a change from Tomb Raider, but it certainly looks interesting.

I am really looking forward to this. They have been tight lipped about its price though, hope it's not something ridiculous.

I am pretty sure I read that the price is going to be 15$.

Game looks interesting, I'll probably buy this from Steam.

It's odd to see this type of game not having four players. I'll check it out if it's cheap.

yeah right that`s what i want... MORE pointless, boring fights.... LESS tombraiding...plus as a bonus a shitty diablo-esque quasi isometric cameraview?

it seems it`s not "en vogue" to IMPROVE franchises...they get worse all the time :(

i hope i misjudge the game based on the trailer!

Tomb Raider never felt like a co-op game. This probably plays like Assault Heroes with jumps and an action button. I loved Legend, Anniversary and Underworld, so I'm totally against this! I hope they prove me wrong!

I have a two decades old, on again, off again love affair with Ms. Croft. This series had gone very stale by the time they rebooted it with Legend and Underworld. Of course by that point, Tomb Raider had been all but completely made irrelevant, and antiquated by the likes of Ubisoft's Prince of Persia, and especially by Naughty Dog's Uncharted . . . Among Thieves particularly being everything a next-gen Tomb Raider should have been.

The series, seriously needs to either catch up or change altogether, for any chance of regaining relevancy, and this mini Lara Croft adventure, may just be a step in the right direction. The Guardian of Light looks every bit like a cross between Uncharted meets Shadow Complex with co-op thrown in for good measure. In modern gaming, it's an odd pairing for sure, but it just may be what the doctor ordered to drag the aging series back into the limelight. I had my doubts at first, but after seeing the trailer only have one remaining question . . . where do I sign up?

@ Freeswag,

agree with you...this trailer caught my interest !
Before it was just there....now it's on !

Gameplay looks really cool....but honestly,it could be any other game but not TR.
I guess the TR brand could sell it better,or that what they hope for !

Anyway..looks amazing !
