Here's the latest entry in the Max Payne 3 Design and Technology video series. Its all about the beloved special ability: Bullet Time. The game is coming for Xbox 360 and PS3 on May 15 (18 in Europe) and for PC on May 29 (June 1 in Europe).
Looking forward to renting this one. Sniper elite has my money for the month of may tho, gives me my bullet time fix is a slightly less generic package.

Shooting nazis in the nuts never gets old.
I'll be getting both games, MP 3 for PC costs 45 dollars here in Brazil \o/
I REALLY want to play this......but as I keep saying why may 15th?!!! Basically relegates it to playing at some time eventually rather than at launch :(
Stunning! This is what a 3P shooter should be! Can't believe how good this is looking. I'm glad some developers focus more on physics and gameplay than shiny graphics. I will be buying both this AND sniper elite. What a month, can't wait!!!
I've been fairly sceptical up until now, but this video was awesome. Man, the gameplay is ultra slick and stylish - definitely in keeping with the Max Payne style.
I still have concerns about the depth of the story and the quality of the narrative/presentation, but I can't fault the gameplay at all.

I didn't use bullet time very much in the previous games, and there were a lot of places I probably "should" have.
(Replayed a lot of spots trying different approaches as well.)
It was built with the function in mind, after all.
I liked how it worked in MP2.. had a bit more depth than the first game. This looks great. I'm also going to push it aside for the Diablo 3 launch though. Sorry R*. It's just bad timing.

@Driftwood Awesome! I’m loving it! It does show a much crisper picture and the frame rate looks good! I was playing Stella Blade and Dragonball Soarkling Blast! :) (2 Days ago)

I hope the story has some depth to it.
But lets not bullshit ourselves Rockstar, bullet time has always been nothing more than "easy mode". Sacrificing difficulty for stylish aw.
