Yet another FPS you guess? And you guess right! This first person shooter is being developped by 4A Games, an Ukrainian game company, and is based on a cult novel of the Russian author Dmitriy Glukhovskiy "Metro 2033".
The world lies in ruins. Humanity is almost annihilated. Due to the high level of radiation cities became unsuitable for living... The storyline takes place 20 years after these events, and takes as a starting point the metro tunnels of Moscow - The largest anti-nuclear shelter of the planet, where some strange things are happening (Mutants inside).

In February there was an article about members of gdc which left the company and took some parts with. Well, I think the x-ray engine has some new owners

Well at least I know I don't.
This looks horrible.
I really dont care for platformers or JRPGs.
I don't even see why those kind of games need a 600$ hardcore graphics machine.
Bring on the FPS please!!!!!!!!!

JPRGs are just good stories, great character development, strategy, great cutscenes and awesome mini games and unlockables.. We need them as much as FPS fans want FPS games.
I hope this is a slower paced creep-out style of FPS. Those are pretty thin on the ground right now.
I'd put money on this game looking really fantastic in motion.

Nope. was wrong. WorthPlaying.com were listing it for 360 also, but the official press release only says ps3/pc.
Release date is Q4 2008 (!!) So to look this good with 2 years still to go is impressive
