The Callisto Protocol was not perfect but it was a pretty effective survival horror game that was just a little too short and somehow frustrating because of its combat system against multiple enemies. That said, the game looked really good, especially in Fidelity mode with the Ray Tracing effects. If you wanted to enjoy smoother frame rates, you had to drop RT and go for the Performance mode, but now, thanks to the PS5 Pro update, it's possible to enjoy 4K/60 and RT all in one package. It's probably not actual 4K as there is also a 4K/40fps mode for VRR displays, but image quality seems excellent from what we've seen - and so is frame rate. There's even a 8K/30 mode which can even be selected on a 4K display, with downsampling in action for those not wealthy enough to afford an 8K screen.

What is that: just base real 4K reconstructed to 8K? How is that nearly the quality of real 8K? When the image is still?
Red Dead Redemption 2 was real 4K "all the time" on One X, and it showed. Clean as a crisp all the times. Other titles didn't had that quality.
Current 4K is a bust.
