Considering we are getting SFV and Tekken 7 this year, will this really get any sales? Feels like 99% of all people interested in MKX already owns it?

I'll buy it in its "komplete" form, but it needs to be bargain bin price on top of that. I find MK games entertaining, but they don't have much lasting appeal. Not worth £40 imo...even with the DLC included.

If you get all Kontent on a physical disc that you don't have to download anything else relying on servers that may never be here years and console generations from now when you are having a hard time finding a physical disc because most are treated like coasters...then you are getting a bargain.

This is better for me, I can easily trade my old copy for the new one or just buy it to have it Komplete.

Not into fighting games. I always wait for it for price drop. We decide later on once other fighting games are released

I kind of imagine that the community will be kind of dead for MK by the time that comes out though. Any stats for how many players are currently playing it on PS4/Xbone?

I wish those stats were easier to come by in general.

Artistically I've never been much for MK. the action is really good but other than that there's not much else going for it. I would say the artists should spend more time perfecting their butter faced characters.

MK has pretty awful art, yes. Some of the old characters have some timeless/iconic designs, and i think the stages look pretty good. But yeah, they could probably get some better character artists.

As for MKX i think it's the first MK game that starts getting close to a good fighter. There's still some kinks to iron out but for a fighter from the US? Pretty damn good. Personally i hate the x-rays, finishers and breakers, other than that it's fun.
