I think it looks pretty awesome. Definitely a break away from the average shooter. I'm hoping it's back to it's roots, but I won't hold my breath.

awful trailer that did more harm then good for me, the last gameplay gave me a tiny amount of hope. but this was just bad. it looks like shit graphically too. i'd go as far as saying chaos theory isn't far off this visually. as for the gameplay...well that's been fucked for a while, so...

It would be nice to have it in new Hitman graphics. But still looking forward this. Who knows...maybe its gonna be good.

Of course there's a crossbow. I assume they will also throw in a regular bow as well, since those are very popular these days. Perhaps....zombies?

Seriously though it's nice to see them finally showing their new features. That is the first I have seen of "hold down x while running to kill everyone in your way". I was wondering when they were going to show that one...

Trailers will be trailers. They're just tailored to attract broad crowds. Lighting & FX didn't seem finished in some of the shots by the way.

But after having seen the offscreen PAX gameplay footage, I'm sure this game is shaping up very very well. Eagerly awaiting my Ultimatum Edition pre order.

There were no new abilities there.

There's a pretty damning article where the director (Patrick Redding) says even dumber stuff than Maxime Bellend ever did:

"Steath is not a nice thing"

Wow, at least the developers can admit that they have totally abandoned their core fanbase. Stealth is just there to segment the game and give a momentary lull in the action? No one wants stealth for 1/2 hour, they want short 5 to 10 minute bursts before getting back into the action? Got to avoid situations where the player can easily fail? Kidding me? Suck it Ubi. Start making games for the Wii and Iphones if you want the casual gamers that bad.

I'd hope he was talking in general terms, not just that trailer.
