Ubisoft has just published a new video for Splinter Cell: Conviction. We discover a kind of tutorial and a few minutes of gameplay. Our friend Sam Fisher is always agile and remains a killing machine! For your information, if you buy the 360 version, you will have access to the multiplayer beta of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Future Soldier.

i havnt seen such a flapping jaw facial animation for a long time tho. the animation's in general just dont look right. mainly transitions. should be fixed by release tho.
looking forward to it.
(yes, I'm on a campaign against it!)
I'd much rather them work on the confrontation parts..which seem to be universally criticised for being too limiting, not offering us the freedom we first thought.
I'd also like to see a new location for a change
Now I hear that Fable 3 will also include this. They said at the X10 event that the screen would fade to black & white anytime you take damage. Somehow we've got to get the message out to Developers that we don't want hideous effects like that in our games. We actually want them to look good!
@Blim- Maybe the next time you guys are at one of these industry shows you could bring this up with the developers? Just a thought :)
they changed one of the best stelth games in to an uncharted action game:( what i use to like about sam on the old gen, was that we had to plan how to hide around, and take the guards one by one,t was the beauty of the SC gameplay, now all u do is leave that stupid effect frozen shadow behind u, so the enermys thing u are hiding there, that kills the experience for me, they made the game easy with all those new gameplay ideas they come with.
i have to wait and see, if this game is a step backward, but i personally didn't like it so far.
hopefully the framerate will be fixed, but knowing ubisoft it will never hapen on this gen.
get outta here you sly dog
With a gamepad that's obviously impossible, but this way it not only works, it's also woven into the game as a stealth reward system/mechanic and it lookes even more rad.
I've been reluctant to really get hyped for this due to its troubled development, but between this video and Ryan Davis' reaction to the game at X10 I'm lowering my guard over here. I can't effing wait!
