Last week we covered Formula Fusion, a Wipeout-like title in development, but a pretty serious challenger will be available in a few days on PC (console versions in early 2017). Redout may have a more "low-poly" approach to the visuals but it looks impressive nonetheless, with quite an incredible sense of speed even with class I ships (there are 4 classes total). It however requires a bit of practice to get the hang of it, something we haven't put enough time in, as you'll see in the following videos. The learning curve seems pretty big, with new perks to buy and upgrade, a good number of tracks to race on, and of course many different vehicles, each with their own specs. We've deciced to show you our early steps in the game, as we're learning how to play on Time Trial events. We haven't been able to try the game with VR yet, but we'll let you know when we do.
