GSY Video PS4

Available since 2013 on PC, Assetto Corsa is now ready for Xbox One and PS4 owners. You should however know that the game cannot hold a steady 60 fps framerate and suffers from tearing issues, which is a bit of a shame for a sim racer. Here are somes videos of the PS4 version so you can see what you can expect from the port.

Thanks for posting these

I really need to see how the graphics look. I already have the PC version and if the graphics are too bad I'm not going to buy it on PS4 just yet.

Then why would you buy it for the second time? Buy Driveclub instead if you don't have it.

DC is terrible!! Of the racing games that are out there this and Project Cars are the only two you should own.

DC is good game but Pcars and AC are sims. AC needs to some patches. Hope they can fix the issues: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mVLCnqmVPc4

Because I enjoy playing on PS4 a lot more than PC, and a lot of my friends will be getting AC on PS4. Also, my wheel fortunately works perfectly on PS4 (Thrustmaster T300RS)

And I do own Driveclub since the day it came out. Love it. One of the best simcade racing games ever IMO

So in other words, you've never played Driveclub.

Just because it's not a sim doesn't mean it's not worth playing. If anything the fact that it's more casual is more of an excuse to play it as a diversion from playing sims all the time.

Yes. It's obvious that you haven't. The only people I've met that call Driveclub "terrible" are xbox fanboys, or PC haters that simply haven't even played it.

The fact is it's an excellent racing game as anyone who has it will tell you. If simcade isn't your style at all, that's one thing, but it being a different genre to what you like doesn't make it a terrible game. If that was the case, I'd tell you to get over yourself, but I'm sure it's just ignorant assumptiveness in your case.

Where's the screen tearing everyone's complaining about? I downloaded 4 of these videos and there is tearing, but it's not nearly as bad as some other games, or as bad as I expected. It's almost as much of a non issue as it is on Project Cars frankly.

Driveclub is not Simcade lol...full on arcade!

As for AC been playing it for the past 5 hours, It really does not run well at all on PS4. Framerate is a disaster.
