Announced a couple of weeks ago, Outlast, the survival-horror game from indie studio Red Barrels shows some footage from the Mount Massive Asylum in this 4 minutes long trailer.
I am currently inside Mount Massive, a supposedly abandoned asylum in Colorado, and I’ve stumbled across an atrocity I can’t put into words. The Murkof Corporation is in the middle of creating something unthinkable here—a malevolence that humanity has yet to experience. I fear for my life, and for mankind, because of what I’m witnessing.
Video of everything I’ve seen so far can be found on this tape. I need to find my way out of this complex, but fortunately I have what I need to capture more footage in the meantime… as long as my camera power lasts, at least.
If you find this note, please spread this video and share the truth. They must be stopped.

Not sure what you would call the video though......concept gameplay? It was clearly not being played, as there was way too much convenient zooming of the camera and turning at just the right times to be coincidence. I do like the breathing and context sensitive hand motions though. I think developers need to realize that for games to be truly scary, they need to combine the terrifying scripted moments with some unscripted ones. Imagine if you just happened to turn around and see something glancing at you before it disappeared...........but it wasn't scripted. I realize that would require a ton of coding that may never be seen, but it would still be awesome.
