After scaring the hell out of PC and PS4 players alike, Outlast is back one last time to wet the pants of Xbox One owners. Here are four gameplay videos of the game, which have been made possible thanks to the Xbox team we're working with. It's also worth mentioning that the game's DLC Whistleblower is also available on Microsoft's console.

After the disappointing Daylight, horror is back for survival horror fans who are about to head back to Mount Massive Asylum with Outlast's DLC. Whistleblower will put you in the shoes of Miles Upshur's mysterious informant before all hell broke loose at the asylum. Indie studio Red Barrels Games has announced the release date of Outlast: Whistleblower, the DLC of 2013's great survival horror title. The add-on costs $8.99 and will hit Steam and PS4 on May 6th. In this prequel you'll control the whistleblower and encounter the experiments that led to what the asylum is in the orignal game. We should be able to share videos and impressions in due time.

After terrorizing PC PLayers, Outlast is back for those ready to wet their pants on Playstation 4. The game is available for free for any Playstation Plus member there really is no excuse for not giving it a try, unless you're too much of a chicken to do so. 1080p/60fps videos are inside, just behind the spooky door...

As I didn't have time to capture some more footage of Outlast myself, I had to turn to someone else. Miguel is way too sensitive for such a job, so his good friend Salocin was my only possible choice. Not only did he have the guts to play the game to bring back some gameplay videos from this nightmarish asylum, but he also took a bit of time to write a few words about his experience. As it's the perfect time of day for us Europeans to enjoy the 3 videos he prepared, don't forget to switch off the lights and to turn the volume of your headphones up. Chin up!

Indie studio Red Barrels's promising survival horror game Outlast will be available on Steam on September 4 for $19.99. PlayStation 4 players will also be able to face what lies inside Mount Massive Asylum (at a later date) as the game was announced for Sony's console last month at E3.

Sony shows its love for indie developers by announcing that a lot of promising games will make their debut on PlayStation 4. Outlast is one of them and going by those screens it definitely inspires fear.
