Aside from performance in The Crew, tuning spec, interior and exterior play a big part in your success. Get a glimpse at it with the latest trailer for the Ivory Tower game which will be out in early December.
TDU series also didn't have any sort of stunning graphics but they were still real good and so is this game. I'm in, but I really do expect them to put more Japanese imports in there. The car list is still a big letdown for me. Why can't I drive the cars I like?
i couldn't care less what a game scores on metacritic, using a review score to justify how good a game is is a bit stupid, there have been many great games getting low scores because of some reason or another.

back in 2008/09 the saboteur was overshadowed by assassins creed as a result it got lower scores than it should and because of reviewers saying it was just a poor mans assassins creed, a lot of people avoided it and last year Marvel Heroes (PC F2P) only just scored 58%, though that has changed recently it still does not change the fact that a review score does not justify how good a game really is (currently have over 1713 hours played on MH).
Visually, the key is ensured even if the presence of clipping can be a bit embarrassing. Also, do not forget that the game will run at 30 frames per second on consoles. The Crew will in any case have arguments to face this competition more fierce.
