then its title would make absolutely no sense. I don't think you think these things through

A Kinect game build entirely around the functionality of the Kinect, but only if it wasn't for Kinect. Logic.

Anyway, this doesn't look like a badly made game at all. Visuals are nice. Had my chance to try it in the demo, but the Kinect didn't seem to want to play ball for some reason.

so it is actually a open-world game? mighty impressive for a mini-game game.

that scene has thrown me off. do you actually see other people playing the mini games iunj your world session?

Do you understand my sentence now??? If this was a sports game built for a controller, it might be actually really fun.
But it's not. That's not what the game was designed for. And it still actually might be fun.

The kinect demo really sucks, you have to hold your arms up for 5 minutes straight, and then it sucks more. They only let you play the jet skiing game, so based on this bull video, I doubt anyone will experience sports rivals to this extent.

thats why its called a demo...

Kinect works very accurately in that demo so if every other sport is as accurate then it might be worth a punt

Let's be honest about it: people wanted a new Banjo and Perfect Dark from last gen when it first came out after MS acquired them and that's what they got. The thing is, they were shit. PD was a mess. It went from edgy Goldeneye successor, to a Disney style cartoon shooter that had Joanna Dark as a teenager snowboarder/punk/emo chick design. Awful shit from a design standpoint. Then there was Banjo, and that design theme carried over. It was a hodgepodge of ideas mashed together. Rare have talented artists working for them, but they've lost all direction they had when they were making games for Nintendo. The last decent Rare game I played was Kameo, and that was a game that had the remnants of the dev team from the N64/Cube era. Now it's all gone.
