Sega released tonight this new trailer of Vanquish, proving that there is at least some sort of story behind what is shaping to be a great action title. Update: 10 screens added.
Such an awesome looking game, best 3rd person shooter I have played (demo).
I worry only for 2 things:
1. When you melee you energy depletes fully, which sucks!
2. I hope they have bonus mode and content for replayvalue, this being a single player shooter and all.

I must have played the demo at least 10 times but damn it's so short and almost all boss fighting, I want the full game really badly...
In fact it's the first demo in a really long time that has made me want the final product this much. Mikami is truly one of the best in game design, not only did he invent the over the shoulder perspective he has just given it a true renaissance along with the third person shooter. Other TPS really do feel dull and plodding by comparison now.
I wouldn't really compare this to GOW. The setting and pacing are both way different. I'd take it as a choice for those who wanna play tps in a way different style than GOW.
