Video PC Xbox 360 PS3

Electronic Arts brings out not less than three videos of Dead Space 2. To the menu, 'the evolutions of Isaac', 'Horror and action' and we shall finish by a presentation of the multiplayer mod. All these videos are presented by the art director of the project, Ian Milham.

Fix the PC version please. The controls were horrendous even after tweaking the graphics settings.

Evolution of Isaac reminds me of The Dark Knight game. Maybe he'll be talking to Oracle?

Game looks cool as always though

Hmm, I wonder if they'll be able to keep the scares throughout the game where they couldn't in Dead Space 1. The only truly unpredictable scare in DS 1 was the Tentacle.

i dont think anything in dead space 1 was "scary", more a sense of consistent panic, which was only increased by the slightly clunky controls.

Is it me or this looks more of an Action game, rather than Horror?

Why is it that whenever you have a very good original game that does a thing and does it very well, the people that work on the second game seem to be completely be oblivious to what made the original good?
I mean, take BS2 i.e. While technically a competent game and in most things nearly the same as BS1, it just was nowhere near as good. And then they throw it the completely unneeded MP. Is there some completely batshit mental manager somewhere that insists on multiplayer even if it makes absolutely no sense?

I suppose I should wait and see but the info that they seem to release for this seems to tick all the boxes similarly to all those other failed sequels.

Bioshock 2 was handed to a different team who probably had a strict window to get it out by in order to capitolise on the success of Bioshock.

This ofcourse also has a different team attached..but are pushing to make it more accessable rather than rushing a sequel out as the first dead space didnt sell in huge numbers.

Saying scares is a bit too extreme. It's more suspense than anything

All about the sound, the only scares came from back attacks when the danger sound didn't kick in and I was caught off-guard. More a B-Rated Horror game, than a Psychological one.
