Released on October 24th after an almost 2 month delay, we offer you some videos of the beginning of the PVE adventure of Destiny 2. The videos were captured in 1440p60 with all settings set to ultra.
Hardware used to capture these videos: - Intel i7 8700k @ 4.4 GHz - 32 Go DDR4 3200 MHz - NVIDIA Asus Strix OC 1080 Ti Capture software: Mirillis Action!
Wow you managed to grab a Coffee Lake chip, not an easy task.
Why not 4k vids? This machine should run this at 60fps. I guess can't hold it while recording. Thanks for the vids!

He can't do 4K videos (and neither me) because he does not have a dedicated PC capture with a 4K capture device, Action is too heavy to capture 4K in decent quality, the game takes a hit.
Only Driftwood can capture 4K for now.
He tried 4K on his 1440p screen with DSR, he had some drops under 60 FPS but according to Digital Foundry, lowering the depth of field by one setting can make a 1080 Ti run the game with stable 60 FPS and no really visible change.

lol
I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at the thought that Activision doesn't have enough "digital" codes of their own game and the fact that they've made billions in profit with their games and in-game content sales in the last fiscal year. And I know that they don't go about distributing codes to anyone, but Gamersyde is a proven site with over a decade of presence and experience in the industry, so they should at least give you guys more codes.
Still, thanks to CpRBe for these Destiny 2 videos. Though from everything I've heard by most Destiny fans, they already bought the console versions because they didn't want to wait, don't want to start from zero and most of their friends are on the console versions, so they don't intend to double dip. I can see PC sales being low. I just hope Activision doesn't blame the PC market for that.
Was actually going to buy this yesterday and then I saw the comments roll in on how little content there is to keep you entertained. Never played the first and was kinda looking forward to this but now seeing these negative comments has put me off. So does it get boring fast the n?
