The second part of The Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls Collection was sent to us last week and we had just enough time to capture some gameplay footage of the PS4 version of Heavy Rain. Aside from a few annoying (new) occasional bugs and glitches, the port is pretty good visually, with improved lighting and post-process HDAO and MSAA. If you have never played the game, this might be a good opportunity to give it a try provided you don't mind the limited gameplay mechanics. If you have already completed it though, then there is probably no real reason to put your money down again unless you're a massive fan. That being said, the collection is still worth it if you haven't played both games, let's just hope a patch will fix the problems we have encountered on Heavy Rain.

Did this really need a re-release though? It still looks fine on PS3.
That said, Quantic Dream's games are some of the most polarizing games ever, just reading comments from everyone in here or at NeoGAF, or other sites show that people either love these games - and a lot - or they hate them - a lot.
It might be nice to get the opinions of people who play it for the first time in 2016 or even replay it again now, because I feel that now with the Adventure/Story-telling genre more popular, people might have more positive opinions compared to February 2010, when Heavy Rain was released and when this genre hadn't resurfaced yet.
Not saying they're games to everyone, but would be interesting to get a fresh take nowadays, to see how they compare besides other Adventure games. From people who actually enjoy Adventure/Story-telling games, even if they have little gameplay to speak of.
Hope Heavy rain will be good, I will give it a try
