Xbox 360

Taito released lots of new images of World Air Force today. They are a bit small, but show quite a few aircrafts, carriers and landscape.

Otherwise it looks great.

Ok people, let's get something clear here.

That game DOES NOT look good for a next gen title, it actually looks aweful. The Airplanes look totally undetailed, go play some Air Force Delta for the Xbox and you can see almost equally detailed Aircrafts with BETTER lighting.

If you are satiftied with this, I don't know what to say. Again, go play some Air Force Delta for the Xbox and the main advantage this "next gen" game has is the landscapes, drawdistance and resolution.......

Try harder Taito....

Ya, hate to say it but Lock On: modern air combat, looks better than this and it's 2 years old.

Yeah, and maybe this time we'll get actual buildings and architecture instead of just a 2d ground with a few box buildings.

It looks like Sega is building the next Afterburner on their new arcade board, "Lindburgh" (which looks to be very awesome)... not sure any consoles will see the game.
Too bad though, I saw a quick clip of it from TGS, and it was one of the sweetest games I've ever seen!!
