But back to Alan Wake! It's obvious that this game is going to rock, can't blame a guy for getting excited. I just know when I'm going to like a particular game and can become pretty vocal about that fact, and if I end up wrong, like I've been for titles like Infinite Undiscovery, then I'm more than willing to admit I was wrong :)

Since 6420 Daysi have never been massively hyped about the game, and he just said if you wasnt it's probably best to avoid it....he isnt the first person to say that either.
i now have this nagging feeling i'm going to regret my purchase. but alas, i will avoid my gutt feeling and buy it anyway. but the last time i did that i ended up with perfect dark zero, my most hated game of the entire generation. hehe. lets hope this isnt history repeating itself.

Since 5903 DaysThats much better than your one liner, but you also have to agree that what you may find bad another gamer finds great, KZ2 / heavy rain / AC2 / ME2 all games where people had very different views. As for me all the positives i've heard and seen far outweigh the few negatives but hey thats just me.
