Driftwood @reneyvane: on aurait bien voulu mais on a jamais eu de réponse à notre demande de code malgré le formulaire rempli. Même pas un "non désolé", ce qui est toujours très pro comme façon de faire. (il y a 1 Jour)

Unless Bungie fire all their UI designers.
One thing they want to sort out before Halo 3 ships is matchmaking. Specifically the Party system. At present I haven't seen an implementation of this in the 360 UI and given that all that is handled by the guide, I guessing it will have to be in a future update.
I'm sure I've read stuff about multi-party matchmaking but this NEEDS to be in Halo 3. Multiplayer lobbies could do with a bit of an overhaul overall in my opinion. The only one that doesn't drive me nuts is Battlefield at the min, GRAW, PD0 and CoD2 can all be a bit frustrating to get a game going at times.

also i dont understand why the guide would have anything to do with a matchmaking system like halo 2s.
The guide is part of the xbox 360 O/S. Xbox Live connections and Matchmaking are now handled by the 360, not the running title. Doing things this way means they can implement the trueskill system, achievements, gamerscore etc.
Now there are API's they can use to tap into it and I'm sure Bungie will use the LSP program as they essentially were the guinea pigs for it but as far as I know, the 360 matchmaking system does not support group matchmaking, at present, but it wants to for Halo 3.
I find staying in the same game with my friends yet always playing new opponents a bit of a chore in the games that are out now. Halo 2 Matchmaking was perfect for this.

And split screen ? in halo ?
A next gen game should self configure 2 360's, you would select multiplayer and it would give you the option to play on XBL or via Link isn't that how the others worked ?
To be honest i can't say i spent enough time with Halo 1 and 2 to know..

1. You actually play against real people that you know and can mock.
2. You can play serious or for fun with out the risk of lag, someone not having a headset, people leaving LIVE to eat dinner, people entering and leaving matches when they like, etc etc
3. When you play game after game on LIVE there is soon no excitement, it just feels like another game with bots.
4. Getting 10+ mates round to play halo feels like a day of paintball.
5. No risk of joining a game with a party full of Germans.
System Link will never be removed from Halo.

Don't touch that Squirrels nuts!
But it's mentioned in the news that Bungie said it's a fake. We 'll know the truth when we'll see the game. It's like the *leaked or not* script of the game posted a few months ago.

Never judge a game too harshly via screenshots or videos, because they are in no way capable of properly representing what the game truly looks like were you to see it running in front of you on a 360
If not, why not?
Don't touch that Squirrels nuts!
It was a great design for a future assault rifle, but the perfomance of it was not very well done in Halo1. A lot more accuracy will make all the difference in Halo3.

I also agree that is the AR--I hope the battle rifle makes an appearance as well, personally I prefer it to the AR by bunches.
