The last thing I want to do is anticipate anything from the marketplace. I doubt it'll be out this week. They were supposed to turn in the game for certification early this week, whatever that means. And well........it's the marketplace.

Actually I gave up hope of seeing it this month when they fumbled the video release a couple weeks ago. So if it does show up in the next week I'll just be pleasantly surprised.

Microsoft Game Studios announced toda Forza Motorsport 2 will hit UK shelves on June 8, 2007. Game Director Dan Greenawalt said: “The added horsepower of Xbox 360 has allowed us to redefine what it means to be a racing simulator with Forza Motorsport 2. We’ve turned mountains of real world raw data into a living, breathing simulator where the only difference between the game and reality is that you’re racing from the comfort and safety of your living room.”

I have to say those are some of the worst replays I've seen in a long time. Wow.....they go beyond stupidity. I especially love the camera really close to the car showing the amazing--lack of--interiors and polygonal wheel. That was very smart. It also helps with the action, didn't you see the ending? Whoah, those donuts look amazing when all you see is metal right in your face. Unbelievable.

EDIT: I suppose the 4xAA is officially another pipe dream by Turn 10?

I read that it has variable 2x/4x AA to maintain 60fps.

Game looks unbelievable, but those lines are annoying as hell.

Guess turn 10 lied about 4XAA cause it doesn't appear to be there, but who cares I guess will still be a great racer.

When all is said and done I don't care what they had to do to get the game to run at a stable 60fps. At least they have their priorities right.
