Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)

Since 6791 DaysFirst of all I had very low expectations, as GW 1 never really was my cup of tea.
I took 3 chars to about lvl 10 so my experience is still quite limited, but I have to admit it's damn fun.
The combat system is kind of a trade between Tera's and typical tab-target, and it works flawlessly. It actually is better than Tera's because you can move while casting and channeling (even melee) and most ranged attacks are fire-and-forget. Area attacks are aimed at ground with mouse.
Anyway, what really stands out is they actually managed to brake (Finally!) the Everquest formula mold. I'm playing with a similar mindset of, saying, Elder Scroll. I just wander around exploring (maps are HUGE) and partecipating in dynamic events.
The amount of content available is incredible and very diverse. I lost track of my XP bar like only happens to me with single player games. Big amount of Xp is given with exploration, and maps are very cleverly designed with this goal in mind.
If I had to describe GW2 in 2 words I'd say Fresh and Fun.
Oh, and a big plause to Anet artists. Visuals are great, albeit not High-end like Tera's from a technical standpoint.
Since 6791 DaysI personally never liked the use of instancing in GW1 so this is a huge improvement for me. The feeling of combat is immensely better as well.
Actually GW2 has very little in common with its predecessor.
