i hate edge, but i want to see there review, and please could someone translate there review for me cause most the time they are tying to find the biggest and most boldest words to use to make them look smarter, but we know ther just fucking big geeks like the rest of us :D

When all is said and done.. it was a great ride. Best game ever? No, probably not. Best Halo ever? More likely. There's still time to be spent (and plenty of it) in multiplayer before that can be decided.

The epic scope of Halo 3 gets lost at times among invisible walls, but overall it was pretty much aces. It's a Halo game, and going in with those expectations, it delivers. I'm not sure I appreciate how it all ends as much as I hoped I would.. but I'm going to sleep on that before I deliver any proper impressions.

One thing i would like to know? do unlock armor the more u play multiplayer? or does it tie in with the completion of the campaign? i'm still in the dark about that one...

Not 100% sure--but I believe you have to unlock it mostly (if not all) through MP. There are quite a few pieces. 10 sets of Spartan armor, 5 sets for Elites.. and I believe one secret/hidden set.

I could have sworn I had some unlocked after I completed the campaign...I've got the first two rank-up acheievements and didn't get any new armour for those....

Well, to be fair.. I just finished and I didn't stick around to see if I had unlocked anything. I skipped out on the whole, sleep business so that I could get this out of the way first. Going to catch up on the shuteye in a bit though.

I will be getting it at midnight tonight (Scotland). Theres a couple places here in Edinburgh doing midnight openings that I know of. Gonna go to asda as GAME are charging 50 quid for the regular game. WTF
