Is the future of Gamersyde dark?

From reading tidbits from around the site it is beginning to sound like GS is not long for this net.

Is there anything specific which we as a community could do to prevent this from playing out?

GS is the one site I use for my video game news and I think that, for the most part, it is the best site on the net (certainly where moderating is concerned) and it would be a terrible shame if it were to go.

pretty much only site i frequant gaming wise, love the place :) it hates me i know :( but i love been abused..

but traffic does feel slow on here of recent.. shame, specially when you got sites like that putrid gametrailers having so many hits, you would not mind but its fucking horrible.

Hell, pretty much the only site I frequent. I first joined between missions while in Iraq. I was dead tired, and the crappy little plywood phone and internet building was empty for once. Man that was a slow connection. It was Xboxsyde back then :)...

Yeah, this is the only forum i post frequently on as well. I can't say i did it from iraq, but it's still by far my favorite forum :)

Why would it go down? Is there premium content I'm not aware of that is taking up massive bandwidth? What exactly is the problem?

This site has always been more of a gaming blog to me. Very sleek and low-fat, which is very rare now in days.

    Driftwood @Blackninja: je doute qu'ils osent modifier ce genre de choses, car le jeu original n'était pas construit sur de telles mécaniques. Avec un remake, tu dois penser aussi aux fans de la première heure. (il y a 8 Heures)
