yeah the series can carry on as long s they tackle more than one story
24 each season ends with a sence of end but with a little cliff hanger for the next story, not so much a continuation of the previous a new story but weaved together seamlesly with the previous ones, a story you dont have to watch but can if you love the universe

to me halo is a perfect case, the first trilogy ends the main story (reach and HW are side storys to the same conflict yes but not a 100% nesecaty to the overall tale
where halo 4 will start is..*cough* where halo 4 BETTER start, is at ONYX, where the last book left the story, its a new story in the same universe, what is the heart of onyx where did they go, and who/what was the alien AI detected where they was sent.

i dont want ME to end no, i want this current story to close, and a new fresh one open up, or else it will end up been like lost (lose the fucking plot near the end) or like flashforward (run out of sales to help pay for the story to finish)

i know spelling errors, firefox is not fixing my errors.. WHY!

great show, but i really hated that red headed bitch near the end, i just wanted to see her screen hogging face get crushed to death slowly in a vice... and i like red heads, takes a lot for me to hate one.. and god i hated her, ruined the last season for me.

wow everything ive seen and heard thus far makes me happy, more RPG elements, tighter combat, more worlds and places to explore, massive choices to be made... :), this will be the best Mass Effect yet!

But from what i can see on IMDBpro its based on the book first contact wars which is cool :) start from the beging, they got something right at least.

That's right, he ISN'T.

When people hear the name Legendary they almost always associate it with Nolan's work, but I don't think everyone understands that just because they say "From the people who brought you The Dark Knight" doesn't mean that the team that produced the Dark Knight is working on said picture at all. Legendary is the SAME co-production group that gave us weak sauce like Superman Returns, and box office stink bombs like Lady in the Water, and Sucker Punch which shockingly came from Snyder.

So it's also "From the People who brought you Jonah Hex and 10,000 BC" Aahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway they look like they have Mark Protosevich (I Am Legend, Thor) writing the Mass Effect script, so make of that what you will. I nodded off and went to sleep on both of those films.

I will have to check out his work, but to be fair, he better not change the style of the music..

They could change the style for the next "trilogy" they should keep this trilogy sounding the same or else it will alienate the game from the previous 2

Looks like Gillian Grayson (the little girl from the second book who is pumped with Biotic enhancing drugs by Cerberus will be a big part of Mass Effect 3). I am guessing she will go after Cerberus hard since they killed her father

edit: she will go after the illusive man in particular since he was directly responsible for her dad's death. Should be awesome. I am guessing there will be a quest in Mass Effect 3 where you will have to rescue/sway Gillian from the radical group and convince her to join Shepard's squad
