Soul Calibur 4 - Characters and Online Interview

There is only one character that is annoying me… Angol Fear. I mean, everyone one looks like what they are supposed to: Scherezade looks like an elf, Taki looks like a ninja, Mitsurugi looks like a Samurai, Siegfried looks like a knight etc. But what is Angol Fear? She looks like a cat woman lolipop lady whore, who didn't have a face from birth so a 6 yr old manga artist drew one for her... Why is she in the game! Her face is 2d! Look at all the other characters lips, they all have a resemblance (appart from unusual characters e.g. lizrdman, nightmare etc.) but her lips dont fit in at all. She belongs in a dragon ball z game!

Does anyone have any ideas as to what the "new way to defeat your opponent without depleting their health bar" is? I reckon its some kind of extra bar that fills up when you do certain things, and when it is full you can do some kind of special finishing move (like in the trailers where you see both tira and astaroth frozen by Siegrieds special move, and when you see Ivy making the seperate shards of her "whip sword" go in and out of Raphael (in the latest trailer "what's in your soul?..."). Any other ideas?

Don't think it matters that much to be honest, I think its already been confirmed to be a finishing move, not sure how its executed but i think it spoils the whole point of the game personally.

yeah that's what I thought aswell, it dosn't test your true SC fighting skills. Unless they make it extremely hard to do and so you can only do it when the enemy has really low health. Or they could steal Mortal Kombats idea and make it so you have to find out how to do it yourself (yet the flaw in that is, is that its gonna end up on the internet). Hopefully their will be an option in the settings that allows you to disable it, if not, people are going to overuse it in contrast with the proper "KO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!". I guess we'll just have to wait n see when it comes out in June. Jollipop, who is your fav SC character???? Same goes to anyone else who wants to answer this question. I'm just making conversation....

I would sooner have Maru as a playable character than Yoda. :P

Maru could kick some ass, believe you me.

Rock was my favourite SC charcter duno if he will be in SC4, if not would be Ivy.

Ivy Schmivy, don't like her or Rock (no offense intended...). My favourites are Voldo and Taki. Think of it this way:
Team A Team B
Female ninja & deranged psycopath vs. Big guy and slut

Logically Team A would win. YOU KNOW THAT ITS TRUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My last message messed up, the Team A supposed 2 be above "Female ninja & derange..." and Team B was supposed to be above "Fat Guy & Whore"; I mean "Big guy & Slut".

One of the funniest posts I've read today. Seems like it was written by an over-excited kid with ADHD lol.

I can't really pick a favourite. I like most of the male characters for different reasons...except for maybe Hwang and Mitsurugi.
