With May behind us and E3 round the corner, it is time to recapitulate what happened on Gamersyde in the last 31 days. We were quite busy in May, with a good number of new releases. We did our best not to forget anything, so we hope you enjoyed all the videos. June will be a bit quieter, aside from E3 that is, but stay tuned as we'll keep trying to provide you with the best quality footage on the Internet.

Spin-off of the DiRT series, DiRT Showdown is an arcade game based on destruction and showing off. We therefore offer a few videos from the PC version, in which you can discover some game modes such as Rampage, Knockout or 8Ball, recalling Destruction Derby and Flatout. It's obviously in multiplayer that this new episode reveals its potential, the game becoming a lot more fun as the players don't hesitate to send their opponents into the wall. All videos are all captured in 1920*1080 at 60 frames per seconds.

While Miguel is preparing a bunch of gameplay videos from the PC version of DiRT Showdown, Codemasters released a launch trailer for what is obviously the descendant of the Destruction Derby series.

Available since a couple of days on Steam, SEN (PSN) and Xbox Live, the DiRT Showdown demo gives a preview of two events from the final game : a stock-car solo race on an track with crossroads and a multiplayer destruction arena. Here are some videos from the PC demo captured in 1080p and 60 frames per seconds. The game will be available at the end of the month on the three platforms.

DiRT Showdown shows the Hoonigan's events madness in this new trailer of the game. Codemasters has just revealed that the game will hit store shelves on May 24 in Europe and May 29 in North America.
