PS5 Pro HQ video coverage: Day One

The PlayStation 5 Pro has been out for two days and the high quality video coverage is finally coming on Gamersyde. We'll start with the First Party titles that have already received a Pro patch, though it's not always that obvious to see. Inside you will find three videos showing Demon's Souls, The Last of Us Part I and the remaster of its sequel, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, God of War: Ragnarok and the Until Dawn remake, which has added a Performance mode running at 60 fps. Ragnarok's Pro mode with PSSR seems meant for VRR display as it is not as steady as we'd hoped, though using temporal AA seems to work better for some reason.

Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered is coming to PC today, and of course we're bringing you videos in Gamersyde quality. You can watch the first 10 minutes in 4K HDR right now, and another video in 4K. Reminder: you need to watch the HDR video on a compatible screen by downloading it.

Until we can show you some raw footage of Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales tomorrow, we are allowed to put up a bunch of videos of Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered. Just like in the new standalone, the game features 2 graphics modes on PS5. You can either choose to play with the Fidelity mode (4K, 30 fps and ray tracing) or the Performance mode (4K, 60 fps). Here is a first video but we'll have more later today as soon as the next ones are done encoding.
