Sierra and Massive Entertainment are finally ready to show the console versions of World In Conflict: Soviet Assault, which will be released this fall on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. The bonus campaign included will also be released as an expansion on PC, while the console ports are being developed by both Massive and Swordfish Studios (the developers of Cold Winter and the upcoming 50 Cent: Blood in the Sand). The game got great reviews when it was released last fall on the PC and hopefully the online mode can be just as good on consoles!
Swordfish Studios and Sierra release the first Xbox 360 images of World In Conflict: Soviet Assault, coming later this year on Microsoft's console and Sony's Playstation 3. Graphically, it doesn't quite on par with the PC version.
Update: Images from the PS3 version added.
Swedish studio Massive Entertainment put together a Behind the scenes trailer for World in Conflict, to be released on PC this week in both the US and Europe. As the video covers the story and much more, upcoming Xbox 360 buyers are recommended to watch this 5 minutes of pure golden swenglish.
Sierra and Massive released this trailer of World in Conflict presenting the single player mode characters of the game. Somehow I think I've heard this music somewhere :)
Sierra and Massive released this long commented video of Wold in Conflit, PC version, showing the basics of the game. I wonder how this will work on the 360.
Vivendi today announced that Massive's World In Conflict is under development for Xbox 360, previously being known as a PC exclusive. The X360 version is being developed by Sierra's Swordfish Studios, and will be released this fall. First images inside.
