Images PC Xbox 360 PS3

It is not much but we figured it was still worth a look for you guys, so here is one new image of DiRT 3. Hopefully, Codemasters will start showing more in the very near future.

One image? Oh well. Hopefully the floodgates will open soon and we can see it in action. I'm anxious to see what improvements they've made.

This is only one image so don't judge the whole game by it. They already said they are adding in more pure rally events into it.

meh, they need to make the game good before i get suckered into buying one of them. i was burnt by dirt 1, hated dirt 2 even more. and i'm sure i wont even bother playing dirt 3. such a waste tbh. they have a great engine, and great visuals, and they're wasting it on this arcadey, dumbed down, americanised POS. what the hell happened.

It's the same problem that TDU, NFS, GT5 and many other racers have to some extent. For some reason the developers of racing games are often times either unable or unwilling to create a proper physics system for the cars and tracks in their game.

Btw, It still makes me laugh when I see people say they were burnt by a game, but still bought the sequel. They hated the sequel as well so they're pretty sure they'll stay away from the next sequel. Why anyone would even consider buying the sequel to a game that they hated is very puzzling. And if you're going to say that you didn't buy them (maybe rented?) then you weren't really "burnt" by them.

i said the FIRST game burnt me (how was i to know it was americanised rubbish?) the second game, as i clearly said, i hated even more. it's right there in plain english? as for the third, i said i was sure i wont bother with it. seems pretty logical to me. not once did i say the sequel burnt me, i simply said i hated it.

Whatever you say ;)

I didn't buy the first one. I just tried the demo that came out before release and made my decision based off that. And I wasn't just referring to you. I've seen plenty of others say the same things about Halo games or others and they're either liars or very wreckless consumers.

Because the other 80% we've seen was also only drifting. Don't be a pain, it's good there is some variety in there, and I am willing to bet you'll even enjoy the drifting.

GT5 is miles ahead as far as console is concerned if you are prepared to put effort. Other games also try it but those have too much grip and more user friendly to play and have fun

Dirt 2 was a great game, with Dirt 3 I expect more of the same but even better.. Not a lot better in terms of looks etc offcourse since it still has to run on the same old consoles.. But maybe the PC version (the one I'm buying) will offer something special, we'll see..
