Almost 4 minutes of new gameplay taken from the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare Beta at the First to Play press event on August 8th, 2007. The video is not so great but gives a fresh look at the game.

COD 4's pre-alpha stage looks better than most game's gone gold stage.

E3 2K7- best. e3. ever.

AWESOME, man can't wait to test out all the perks all though i think i'm going for a stealth approach i think that martyrdom also seems like a very nice feat. :)

I want to get into the first wave of this beta, but so long as I get to play it, I'll be happy. The game seems to be coming along rather nicely. I wonder what the PC system requirements are going to look like--and how well this game will scale. COD2 had pretty piss poor DX9 performance (and awesome DX7 performance--but it doesn't look nearly as nice), but I'm sure (I hope) they've learned a thing or two since then.

Looks like fun, i have never been into multi player before but i might just try with this title, man my 360 is going to be very busy soon, bring on the games.
You know with me it's the other way around... I do play single player but i mostly think the AI is really stupid in single player games. And in some games the developers want to make a game hard and they just make the AI cheat or make the game so hard it's not fun anymore (*cough* call of duty 3 *cough* )

Multiplayer on the other hand is just perfect in my eyes:
You play against other humans who react in predictable (mostly) ways. You get allot of easy kills from people who play predictable and after you gather some multiplayer experience in multiple games.

You start to see patterns in people's playing styles and it's funny to see that it doesn't matter what multiplayer game (i'm talking shooters here) you play you will keep seeing these predictable patterns in people's play style...

The challenge is playing against people who are better than you and who don't play predictable. You will learn the most of these players and it's the best way to get some new skills (if u ask me)

And i just love playing in team versus team modes... (can go on for hours about this specific topic )

With me its more about the Story so single player always wins with me, i know with shooters the story is never epic but still you get my drift.

Nice video showing off how perks work :) I am tired of those overcastish MP levels though. I want full bright and sunny in the sand. That is where the SP IQ is highest and I wanna see that in MP.

Pants: I know you don't like the idea of classes or perks, but that video shows off how it adds some nice dynamics to the gameplay.
