I wonder may I continue to learn all remaining skills AFTER overpassing MAX level(100???)?
or may be MAX level block SP gain and I'll cant learn remaining skills((((

Yea I hope it's a sign that it ends up doing really well. I've been trying to find the game at my local best buy and it's been sold out according to the people working there.

U just gain exp after level 99 and in the end there will be NO level up. So 99 level is final level.

And u can learn anothet skills after Max level, but Seth lerned all of them, but there are no achievment(((((
I think I must also learn all bloody skills from all accessorys

Yep, but I feel happy when I devour all game experience, so I want to "drink" all of this game before finish "The end"

All these unspecified spoilers could be "so yeah the game ends with rabbits dancing". :O

21 hours, in the middle of disc 2 now I think. I must say, it still hasn't really picked up story wise. It's a good thing it's so fun to play, driving me onward, otherwise I would have a hard time caring at all. Dreams are consistently the best thing about the narrative, but they don't give the main quest more meaning so far. I'm lost for like 30 minutes reading up on the (sometimes extremely gripping) dreams and then I'm back to the game and it's like "oh yeah, I'm on my way to X to defeat X. That's really a bit of a bummer.

But yeah, it's fun nonetheless, and it has just the right amount of entry level messing about in the menus with skill links and ring assembly for my virgin mind to grasp. Oh and the environments have gotten less dull aswell, even though nothing really makes you stop and go "mmmm!" or "oooh" or "aaaah" or "oh my god!"... or something else to similar effect. It's funny though because it still manages to look more inspired than Gears of War, tihi! :)

Guessing you didn't play Blue Dragon, because compared to that, this game's story is Shakespeare. And I don't think its half as bad as you're making it out to be. For once I'm actually seeing a cast of characters moving the plot, rather than outside influences. That's far more interesting to me. But you have played more than I have. I'm at the 11hr mark, almost at the end of Disc 1.

You have no idea how pissed I've gotten at some of these bosses. Random soldiers have at a whim, taken my party hostage and raped Kaim before my very eyes. It's a horrible thing...to see a man raped...before your eyes...I'm level 18, and I'm leaning on the side of "No, I don't care if the characters need this, give the enemies what they want so they'll leave us alone!" Which isn't typical of me, because in most games I'm thinking "Let me at that son of a bitch, I'll rip him to shreds."

Disc 2 happenings:
I've gone over the ocean and arrived at "Experimental Staff", spotted Gongora and saved. Played soo much yesterday, and I really have to pry myself away from the screen to stop. :D

That last bit was especially spoilery... uh.. yep. :D

Ah, that's good to hear! I'm just not used to playing for 21 hours without a trace of proper intrigue I suppose, most games I usually play are about a third of this playtime. :D

Exactly and that's usually the annoying thing about JRPGs ... they tend to be way too long compared to other games and sometimes lose their Blockbuster-ness, epic-ness and story flow along the way for those who are impatient but you'll grow accustomed to that - no worries. I clocked up 70 Hours on my first play of Final Fantasy X hehe :D Currently I am 35 hours into Lost Odyssey and I just began disc four. I expect I will reach 50 hours by the end of the game.

So far there is no story at all. You're right that "characters move it along" because it's all about characters moving along.

It could very well become more complex than that in the time I have left, I mean I'm not halfway through it yet, but so far there's just... NO drive in the story at aaaall. Just randomness. Still! It's fun though.

And this is my biggest gripe with the game, its kind of monotanous all the way through, I can't say the game disappointed me as I enjoed it and played it for 60 odd hours, but I was expecting a ton more from the story telling.

I really think its time Sakauguchi stopped being the main script writter for his games even though he had help on this.

Alimo the best bit was finding out Cooke/Macks mother was Lirum and her sudden death its rare an JRPG surprises me like that and I have to say I was really impressed how that bit turned out.

But for me..... that was the highlight of the game and everything went down hill after that.
