I absolutely LOVE it!!!
It was years I have played DMC title and damn its awesome!
I knew it was going to be awesome but not this chaotic awesome.
I just hate the fact that the timer is there on one of the first level, wanted to take my time to learn the controls and all.
Berial boss is awesome though, I kept attaching my self to him with my devil bringer, I even did throw him up and then slam him to the ground and did a powerful punch to throw him back, it was so great!
The graphics, OMG the graphics is awesome!
All the trailers and images I have seen didn't do the game any justice compared you actually saw it running infront of you on a HDTV, amazing Capcom!
I rate the demo easily 10/10 :D
The wait was worth it, although I wanted it earlier :P
Now the full game will be amazing!

/Casts Paralyse on all thread posters!
NARUTO/AVATAR are the best anime EVER!!!
Bring on LOST ODYSSEY & CRY ON!
Almost in the end of the first level when you open the gate, you can kill the enemies but dont cross over the gate. Go back to the room with the door were you just came out of, the same place you double jumped up. Go inside and then go outside again and the enemies will respawn again.
If you are good enough and you have like 1-2 minutes left keep doing this until the demo stops, I enjoyed it much more.
If you do cross cover the gate, it will just lead you to the blizzard level, which is the same level on Part 2 of the demo anyway, so don't bother with it when you are playing on Part 1.
I have only had the chance to beat Berial once, and it was one my 3rd try.
That bastard is tough to beta and makes tons of damage.
I just don't know how tough are thow knights I keep seeing in the videos.
But Capcom my dear friend...you are the greatest!
Although I wish Capcom would give us a demo of Dante as well, same length and all like the first level with Nero, no need for boss fights.
I was a bit worried about Nero and all considering how growned up Dante has become.
But I always prefer Dante over Nero, he got two guns and he got Trish and Lady next to him, bastard :P
But yeah I love the demo but I will even love it alot more if Dante suddenly was in it...playable :)
Do you guys think DMC4 will have "missions" like DMC2 and 3 had were you choose whichever character you want and then you are in a area and enemies just storm at you all the time until you die.
That would be awesome, because I want to play as Dante more than being Nero.
Anyone knows if thatis being included, if not...then damn it Capcom :(

Run until Nero starts running really fast and then hold select for his famous air kick like in the trailer he used on Dante.

Now, after try this demo, looked cool the game, on February will be getting this and Lost Odyssey :)
But i dont know nothing about the story, anyone got a link, where sums all the story from previous games?
The Ice level was pretty cool, specially the big boss :o
Try wikipedia best source to get everything.

I figured this one out after my I think 6-7th playthrough.
Another thing is when you swing the sword around you can time your next attack for powerful moves or different attacks.
I have done some "swinging around" a few time but dont know how to do it correctly.
Edit: Found out :P
Press the attack sword twice, pause a bit after each tap on the third attack tap fast a few times for a new move.
By the way, if anyone knows how to do that famous sword move, please tell me...if you can even do it in the demo :S

Some games have block but not jump, some have jump but not block *looking at Heavenly sword*
The easy part, yes its easy, but DMC3 was also known for its hardcore difficaulty, and this is a demo, so they dont want gamers to feel raged when they play a demo.
I for one will try and beat all modes when I get it, like I did with NG (except after very hard I quit)
*A New Form of Change*
P.s. what engine does the game use? I looked a bit like UE3 to me..

If you're not down with Disturbed, then FU! Thanks.
NARUTO/AVATAR are the best anime EVER!!!
Bring on LOST ODYSSEY & CRY ON!
I well, I guess this games evade gameplay is gonna be great considering that I evade did alot of evading in NG.
What I REALLY wish is those mission modes that was in previous titles!
I loved it in DMC2, was so awesome.
they kept coming with random enemies, from easy to hard...etc. and you had to kill them.
I really wish DMC4 has that mode.
Anyone know if it has any?

i really doubt im going to pick it up tho. i recently tried DMC3 again (completed it once AGES ago) and no matter how i try i cant for the life of me defeat the boss with the sword weilding headless guys.
if i cant complete DMC3 what chance do i have of completing DMC4 really. i might just have to rent it.
Not DMC2 walk in the park, no way not to complete it kind of way, but still. Same producer as DMC2 I might add, which had me worried for a bit but it seems from trailers and stuff that it's not as embarassingly serious as 2, but rather retains a lot of the tongue in cheek cool/cheesy/humour from DMC3.

Choose Easy or Normal and you are set.

Choose Easy or Normal and you are set.
I enjoyed it myself, but I have a pretty high treshold when it comes to silent death/fit of rage. Of course the awesome story in DMC3 encouraged putting your balls up for public pinata parties.
