P55 Pro HQ video coverage: Day One

The PlayStation 5 Pro has been out for two days and the high quality video coverage is finally coming on Gamersyde. We'll start with the First Party titles that have already received a Pro patch, though it's not always that obvious to see. Inside you will find three videos showing Demon's Souls, The Last of Us Part I and the remaster of its sequel, Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered, Horizon Forbidden West, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, Stellar Blade, Rise of the Ronin, God of War: Ragnarok and the Until Dawn remake, which has added a Performance mode running at 60 fps. Ragnarok's Pro mode with PSSR seems meant for VRR display as it is not as steady as we'd hoped, though using temporal AA seems to work better for some reason.

Struggling to keep 60fps with a PS4 game (GoW) is not that encouraging. We all should hope that this Pro will fail, otherwise 0 chance to get a PS6 under 800 euros specially with disc drive. PSSR should come to the base PS5 as well, at least I'm not aware any technical reason why it's not possible on the base model. Thanks for the HQ clips as always :) PSSR should come

@unknownuser0001: The base model doesn't has enough AI power to run PSSR. The Pro has 300 TOPS and the base model something like 40 or so.

@Gamersyde: Thank you for the videos. Any plans to cover Star Wars Outlaws or Star Wars Jedi Survivor?

@Driftwood: How do like your PS5 Pro? I am happy with it and thank God the fan noise is minimal so the system is quite silent :D Resident Evil 2 Remake is now running with 60 fps with ray tracing enabled. Hooray! What do we want more? (A Pro patch for Cyberpunk 2077)
