No, he specifically said that it's a 'whole new mode' of playing the game - and that there are 'several levels' of being a vampire (i.e. there will be some sort of skill progression to it). Didn't you watch it?

As I said, there will probably be a skill tree for them. Also, with radient story quests could be altered drastically for vampire players.

Yeah, but as i remember it, your vampiric traits grew stronger the more you fed in Oblivion as well? I watched it but there was like no info at all. Him saying "It's a new mode of playing!" does not excite me, unless he backs that up with something concrete. You are all just assuming a lot of stuff, just wait untill we get some details is all i'm saying. (Actually i just checked it out, the longer you are a vampire for the stronger you get, though it caps fairly early. At 72 hours of in-game time. You get a skill for each of the 4 levels and the damage you take from sunlight also increases in the same manner, as well as boosts to skills and weakness to fire)

If there is a sepparate perk-tree for just vampires then that's cool i guess, though i doubt they added too much content exclusively for vampires. Oblivion had a fairly meaty side quest string for curing your vampirism and helping out Janus, and maybe they'll have something similar this time around but again, we don't know. He just said there will be vampires in there. Yay, so much good info there :P

Cheers man, Couldn't get to the official page on FB that Blmbox talked about. Skyrim is going to take up about as much of my time talking about iit pre-release as it is when I actually get to play it!

...so it's the exact same crap we've been seeing sine E3. Awesome. Love how it's not even different playthroughs of the demo, he still uses the same axe, bashes the mammoth with his shield ans so forth. Color me disappointed. Well on the bright side i guess they aren't spoiling much.

Well, i guess there were a few things i hadn't seen before, like the door puzzle. But in general...meh.

Hadn't seen it in HD goodness and with high quality sound before. Plus there were a few new tidbits (especially in part 2).

I don't want everything spoiled for me... it was enough to justify my excitement, nothing wrong with that.

It'd be cool if they showed something new though, like a new dungeon or some other town or something, at least make a new playthrough that diverges a bit from waht we've allready seen, you know? The resolution is not what makes a game interesting, it's the content. All the high resolution in the world won't make the same clip we've already seen a bunch of times more exciting for me. I mean, i think i've seen Todd look at that fern and then the fallen tree a bazillion times by now. I get it, there are ferns and fallen trees, next please :P

And really, spoilers? There are 150 freaking dungeons in the game, showing 2 of them isn't exactly going to hollow out your entire experience :D

It's the same old E3 demo apparently, but the presentation is properly edited and show a bit more stuff than before. The game's going to be incredible! Dragons are such things of beauty it's a shame we'll have to kill them :(

Hehe, i really wish games would allow for more alternate endings to conflict, why not ALLY the dragon... have him as a party member *drools*

NWN2 had a pretty epic dragon fight, and in the XP apparently druids can dragon shape AND have a dragon companion.

So Skyrim could add more possibilities, say riding a small dragon to take on a HUGE dragon *drools + hardon* lol

They are excellent indeed, but i couldnt decide between them and bioware, and there are a few others that create the occasional gem.

Personally wanna see a look at falkreath, since it is an imperial fort. It sounds pretty interesting.

But my favourite city so far seems like solitude, from what I have read of it.

Can't stop watching new videos. Very good quality gamersyde has them, so good.

Music is so awesome, as is the magic system ( so much like Bioshock plasmids love it).
Will be playing a Mage for sure, melee combat is almost the same from oblivion.
They really need to improve on that (maybe next game :( )... I'm really enjoying Dead Island melee system, they should take a look. Possible hit limbs/cut them, break bones etc, very cool.

This game... Will eat my time. Gona be so good immerse myself in the world, with my Gandalf character (maybe, still thinking what character create :p)

Most wanted game this year.
