Think about it...
The hit reaction is spot on when you do shield bash, power attacks, do a final kill blow (not a finisher) and kill with an arrow.
But all of a sudden that goodness is gone when you do normal attacks, doesnt make any sense.
So I thought, maybe its done on purpose so it makes you be more prepared ad have a fighting chance as much as the enemy do.
Kind of like Dragon Age. Opponents keep hitting eachother until one falls, so depending on skill, level, stat it all matters who has the upperhand.
With this mentiality, if true (which I cant think of any other reason), I can let it slide.
I am already doing back and forth one-two hit attacks on enemies that takes more hits and do blocks...etc.
I dont know, something that crossed my mind.
Even archery is getting boring to me because I am not the type who is sneaky/stealth and long range archery, I am more get into the action and do sword fights and do finishing moves type.
I will just continue my level 17 dual wield character and just deal with it lol

I had a real hard time to kill the one with the Ebony Bow, the one with the warhammer version is just nasty as hell.
I mean, their shouts throw me off my feet or sometimes disarm me which was really annoying.
I am level 16 now, do you guys know what level is the good ideal time to face them?
I havent maxed out the one-handed skilltree with the swords and dualwielding, but I am one rank below to be able to upgrade to 80% damage.

I think the One Handed skilltree is very weak, the only skill that shows a good change is the faster dual wield attacks-
I am not seeing much change like I was when I was using archery.
For example the decapitation, 15% chance? c'mon on...it should be atleast 25 or 30%, I am barely seeing any finishers and I have not seen decapitation at all.
